Two ways to do it
The easy way

- 1Find Downloader in your TV's app store and install it. On Fire TV, it's in the Amazon Appstore.
- 2Type 46779200 and wait for the download to finish.
- 3Choose Install. If the TV asks for permission, allow it once. Then open Netfly.

Use the file
- 1Download the TV file.
- 2Open it on the TV or box. If you used a computer, copy it across with the USB stick first.
- 3Allow the install, then open Netfly.

- 2Open it and drag Netfly into your Applications folder.
- 3Open Netfly from Launchpad. If macOS says it can't be opened, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Netfly isn't notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks this the first time.

- 1Open the Premium page and choose the dealer for your country.
- 2Tell them you'd like Netfly on your iPhone or iPad.
- 3They'll walk you through the rest. Then open Netfly and press play.
Stuck? One of these usually fixes it
Most installs go smoothly. When one doesn't, it's almost always for one of these reasons.
It says there isn't enough space
This is the most common one. Delete a few old videos or apps, or clear some cache, then try again. The file is about 47 MB, but installing needs a bit more room than that.
My phone says the app might not be safe
Android shows this for any app that doesn't come from Google Play. Netfly is installed from this site, so the warning is expected. Tap Allow or Install anyway to carry on.
My Mac won't open it
Netfly isn't notarized by Apple yet, so macOS stops it the first time. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway next to Netfly, then open it from Launchpad again.
The download won't start
Open GitHub releases and take the file for your device from the latest version. Phone: netfly_mobile.apk. Tablet: netfly_tablet.apk. TV and box: netfly_tv_tvbox.apk. Mac: netfly_mac.dmg. Windows: netfly_windows.exe.
Can I use Netfly on an iPhone?
Yes, but not from a download on this site. Go to Premium and contact the dealer for your country. They'll install it for you.
